Family Practice physician job in Illinois : U of I affiliated practice is seeking an additional BE / BC Primary Care physician to join our multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Peoria, Illinois.

- Family Medicine and Internal Medicine trained candidates welcome to apply
- Join an established team with 5 other BC physicians
- Clinic Schedule is M-F 8am 4 : 30pm
- Multiple other Specialty Care Providers on site including Cardiovascular Services, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Nephrology, and Geriatrics
- Well-appointed and conveniently located clinic which offers full lab draw services onsite
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
