Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Care, located in Union City, NJ. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including managing acute and chronic conditions. Daily tasks include performing assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification
