Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-Level Analytic Facilitator (Intelligence Engagements) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS / OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities :

• The contractor shall develop, prepare, and present with interpreter support as necessary : lesson plans, study courseware, practical application exercises, and AARs on military intelligence related subjects for engagements, exchanges, and affiliation seminars with USCENTCOM AOR partner nations.
• This task requires extensive knowledge of USCENTCOM regional customs / courtesies; U.S. protocol; and exceptional writing, organization, and briefing skills.
• Contractors supporting this subtask shall have command of the English language with the ability to provide clear oral and written communication.
• To meet this qualification, the language-enabled contractors shall possess capability corresponding to the Defense Language proficiency test scores of at least 2+ / 2+ / 2+ in either of the following languages : Modern Standard and Arabian Gulf States Arabic; Russian.
• Language enabled Analytic Facilitators shall perform consecutive interpretation and translation duties (to and from target languages); and provide document translation summaries, debriefing reports, document reviews, briefings, recommendations, and other services regarding Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and South Asian customs, courtesies, and religions for USCENTCOM J2 intelligence affiliation seminars and exchanges with partners.

Required Experience :

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education :

Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
