Title : Foundry Supervisor

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000

Location : Bedford, OH

Schedule : 12-Hour Evening Rotational, 3-4 days per week (includes weekends)

Position Summary :

The Foundry Supervisor oversees daily operations in the copper-brass ingot manufacturing foundry. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective team leadership. The supervisor is responsible for managing personnel,

coordinating production schedules, and maintaining optimal equipment performance to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of foundry workers involved in melting, casting, and finishing copper and brass ingots.
• Monitor furnace operations, mold preparation, and metal pouring to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, scrap rates, and downtime.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support uninterrupted production.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory

role.
