You will report to the Installation Manager and work with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse / Operations professionals as part of our Baltimore team.

Responsibilities

• Meet at the warehouse 6 : 30 AM, gather materials, and load company trucks
• Drive to customers' homes, greet clients, and establish rapport
• Perform controlled demolition of bathtub / shower areas as required
• Install new bathtub / shower pans and acrylic wall surrounds; update plumbing as needed
• Maintain high attention to detail and keep customer homes clean after installation
• Obtain necessary signed documents and payments from customers and return them to the warehouse
