Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across two locations : Cass City and Caro, MI. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical abilities, and the capacity to deliver high-quality patient care in both outpatient and / or inpatient settings. You will work collaboratively with a supportive, interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve meaningful recovery and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities at both Cass City and Caro sites

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, safety, and home exercise programs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system

Communicate and collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams

Ensure patient safety and adherence to all facility and state regulations

Qualifications :

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Michigan

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
