Product Manager

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Set product vision and communicate it to the team and stakeholders

Lead the agile product development life-cycle and manage the product backlog

Identify KPIs and translate them into quarterly OKRs for tracking product effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant work experience

Experience in product management with Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO I) are preferred

Proven knowledge of business domain and industry trends

Experience leading teams in an Agile environment
