The Fluid Systems Group Material Handler is responsible for the material flow to and from the Fluid Systems Assembly group for all jobs and shop supplies. Reports to the Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Handle all material flow, pull tickets etc.
• Verify correct Part Numbers (P / N) vs packing slips, pull tickets, and check parts into the bills of material
• Order all shop supplies including fittings, electrical supplies, raw stock, paint, etc.
• Hand out all Job material to shop personnel. Re-verifying correct P / N and quantity
• Handle all material discrepancies (Non-conformances)
• Dispose of all material left over from jobs, via in-slip to inventory, return for credit, etc.
• Make pick-ups and deliveries as needed.
• Assist warehouse with problem-solving and picking as needed
• Respond to warehouse emails as needed
• Make tags for jobs on the engraving machine and Phoenix printer
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Expedite orders as required
• Operate forklift equipment to move, load, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned
