Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Johnson City, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Radiology Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel Requirements / Qualifications NYS Radiologic Technologist License – Required ARRT (R) – Required BLS Certification (AHA) – Required Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology – Required Minimum experience in OR procedures and Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma hospital settings Strong skills in : Critical thinking Radiation safety (ALARA principles) Technical operation of portable, fluoroscopic, and OR imaging Knowledge of hospital EMR systems preferred Job Duties Perform routine and advanced radiologic imaging (including portable , fluoroscopy , and OR procedures ) as ordered Communicate effectively with physicians, radiologists, and clinical teams Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and ALARA standards Provide patient education and ensure high-quality care documentation Accurately utilize hospital information systems for image tracking and reporting Adhere to hospital policies, including incident reporting and procedural standards Participate in continuous quality improvement and support departmental goals Support trauma and emergency imaging workflow during scheduled shifts About Prime Time Healthcare Prime Time Healthcare is a leading provider of traveling healthcare professionals nationwide.
