We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team in Normalville, Pennsylvania. In this important role, you will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during a variety of procedures. Your expertise will ensure the safety and efficiency of surgeries, playing a crucial part in providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain a sterile field throughout surgeries, assisting the surgical team by passing instruments and materials
• Perform surgical counts before, during, and after each procedure to ensure that all instruments are accounted for
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping the surgical site
• Clean and restock the operating room after each surgery
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment
• Document surgical counts and other necessary patient information accurately
• Collaborate effectively with other surgical team members to provide high-quality patient care
