Requisition Summary

PACCAR Parts is searching for talented individuals to join our 2026 Summer Accounting Internship Program in the following areas : Cost Accounting, General Accounting and Internal Control / Financial Analysis.

Learn first-hand from top Accounting professionals

Work directly with Senior Managers and Controllers

Develop mentoring relationships with experienced accountants

Gain valuable hands-on experience

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries

Complete reconciliations

Process improvement projects included but not limited to six sigma, lean, or robotic process automation

General accounting functions to support the dealers and business operations

Cost analysis in accounting

Enhance financial reporting

Assist on system access and distribution center reviews

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

An analytical self-starter with a high sense of urgency

Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

Junior or senior standing preferred

Wage Scale or Salary Range

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows :

Undergraduate Students : $25.00 / Hour

Graduate Students : $30.00 / Hour

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
