Position Overview
The Digital & Content Marketer is responsible for creating compelling content and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand value, increase customer engagement, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in both writing and visual / video content production and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Create content including social media posts, blogs, product / service descriptions, newsletters, and video scripts
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Collaborate with influencers and manage community engagement
- Plan and execute affiliate and partner marketing campaigns
- Produce graphics and videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe, and CapCut
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Refine content strategy based on industry trends and competitor analysis
- Develop culturally relevant storytelling for the Korean-American community and target audiences
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000 / yr.
Qualifications : Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of content creation and planning experienceOverall 5+ years of digital marketing experienceExcellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skillsProficiency in SNS management and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)Skilled in graphic and video production tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, speaking)Strong multitasking, time management, and adaptabilityPreferred / Additional Experience
