Job descriptionOvertime pay after 8 hours daily and 40 hours weekly Bonuses : End of Year Safety Bonus Clean DOT Inspection Bonus : $135 for any inspection level Referral bonus : $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days Additional Pay : Seniority pay increase Paid via direct deposit bi-weekly Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available on first day! Company paid life insurance & short term disability insurance 401K with 4% match (available after 6 months) Paid time off : 2 Weeksvacation after 1 year Within the first year vacation time is accrued Paid training and paid orientation Educational assistance program Passenger Policy(12+ years old) Pet Policy No Slip Seating Home Time : Home daily Schedule : Varies Route : Local routes within WI, IL, IN, and MN Level of Touch : 100% No Touch Freight Late model Freightliner & Kenworth trucks Automatic transmission Comfort amenities : XM radio, fridge, mattress Governed speed : 68 mph Safety technology : Dual facing camera (only activeon drive line) Must be at least 24 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Consistent work history (1+ yearat past jobs) No prior positive drug / alcohol test resultsor refusal to test results No DUI / DWIs within last 10 years No major accidents or violations within last 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius : Drivers must live within 40 miles of Jefferson, WIor be willing to relocate for this position Transportation
Peters Brothers, Inc. is seeking local CDL A reefer drivers to join our team in Jefferson, WI. Youll be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 multi-zone temperature trailers with no-touch freight.

Compensation
- Average annual pay : $70,000 to $85,000
Paid $25.00 / hour with 50-60hours weekly
Quarterly Safety Bonus : $150
