Salary :
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides direct clinical services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and case management to clients experiencing behavioral health and / or substance use challenges. The LCSW plays a vital role in supporting individuals on their path to recovery, coordinating care, and contributing to a team-based, client-centered treatment approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the care team.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family counseling.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with organizational and licensing standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members, outside providers, and family members (when appropriate) to coordinate services and ensure continuity of care.
- Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the NASW and applicable state regulations.
Qualifications :
Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.Current and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of KentuckyMinimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in mental health and / or substance use settings.Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care).Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer applications.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to cultural competence, equity, and inclusive care practices.
