Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Manager of FP&A, Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment

Analyze financial results and prepare management reports with actionable insights

Support inventory management through tracking, forecasting, and collaboration with fulfillment teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred)

5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
