What is the role?

The Principal Electrical Engineer, Avionics will play a critical role in the development and testing of avionics hardware for E-Space satellites. You will work collaboratively with an impressive team of engineers across multiple disciplines. You will participate in all aspects of electrical hardware development, from requirements definition through design, prototyping, fabrication, testing and production. As a Principal Electrical Engineer on the E-Space Avionics team, you will have frequent opportunities to test and operate your systems on-orbit.

What you will do

• Develop PCBA requirements in collaboration with other engineering disciplines
• Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer
• Circuit analysis including power, tolerance and reliability
• PCBA design verification testing and system integration testing
• Production manufacturing support as needed

$150,000 - $220,000 a year

The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position in question, which is based on market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
