Principal Product Manager - Compliance

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Compliance (KYC / AML) Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end KYC / CDD product, from identity verification to ongoing due diligence

Integrate and orchestrate multiple KYC / AML vendors to optimize compliance and cost

Define and iterate on AML rules and workflows, including transaction monitoring and risk-based alerting

Required Qualifications

10-12+ years in product management, with 5+ years in compliance, KYC / AML, or identity in fintech or crypto

Proven track record building regulatory-grade compliance systems that scale globally

Deep experience with compliance vendors for KYC and AML

Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards and experience working with compliance officers

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias to innovate within a regulated environment
