Key Responsibilities
Act as the main project contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project management
Provide training and guidance to clients for successful adoption of event management tools
Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and ensure project delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in the trade show, conference, or professional association industry
1-2 years of client-facing work experience, preferably in a technology or event operations environment
Ability to conduct requirements analysis and translate client needs into actionable configurations
Experience with workload planning and performance monitoring
