CRS Loss Mitigation Specialist

Location Bedford, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

  • $20.00 / hr
  • Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Temp-to-Hire (W2)
  • Conversion after 120 days

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports account recovery and asset disposition by coordinating repossession logistics, structuring payment plans, and maintaining strong vendor relations. As a CRS Loss Mitigation Specialist, your contributions directly reduce losses, support borrower retention, and improve recovery metrics through diligent monitoring and performance analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage repossession logistics, asset inventory, and auction coordination
  • Structure and maintain ACH-based payment plans with borrowers
  • Handle customer escalations to improve resolution and retention outcomes
  • Conduct recovery performance audits and monitor vendor SLAs
  • Process and notarize all recovery-related documentation

    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in loss mitigation, repossession, or auto finance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Texas Notary (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    • CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Copart
  • RDN
  • IBEAM
  • ACH processing systems
  • Microsoft Excel

    • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with auction protocols and recovery strategy
  • Performance auditing or data analysis background
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
