W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $684.00

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,246.00

Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $1,930.00

Min 2 years exp required\nExp - Level II or Level III trauma experience\n TNCC, ENPC or PALS, ACLS, BLS \n CEN or TCRN, CPI\n\nTX / Compact state license req
