Education and Certifications :

Vaccination Requirements : Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season. If needed, we will provide vaccination at QLI, free of charge.

Schedule : Full-time, Rotating Shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM and 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM. (includes rotating weekends)

A drug screen and criminal background check are required.
