# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience :
- Essential criteria
- 1. Experience in a clinical or healthcare research environment
2. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
3. Working knowledge of research ethics, GCP, and NHS research governance
4. Strong IT skills and confidence using databases (e.g., excel, REDCap or similar)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
6. A commitment to inclusive, patient-centred research practice
Desirable criteria1. Prior experience in reproductive health or imaging-based research2. Familiarity or interest in medical imaging processes or data (especially obstetric ultrasound)
3. Experience working in a multicentre trial environment
4. Formal training in GCP or clinical trials conduct
5. Understanding of AI or digital health technologies in clinical workflows
