We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for our University of Michigan location. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required.

Position requirements

• HS diploma or relevant work experience in parking or hospitality management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office products word, excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of valets and cashiers
• MVR, Criminal Background and Drug Screen will be required.
• Must be able to work outside in inclement weather
• All employees must maintain a well kempt and professional appearance

This position will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Valet Parking Program at the University of Toledo Medical Center. The operation is from 6 : 00am-6 : 00pm and parks hundreds of cars a week out of multiple entrances.
