The Front Desk Receptionist is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, acting as the first point of contact for our organization, and plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately, using excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail, and other office deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate administrative projects as assigned.
- Work with Office Manager to order office supplies.
- Transcribe documents accurately.
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Experience
Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.Automotive franchise dealership experience (preferred).Skills
Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.Strong customer service skills.Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications.Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Familiarity with computerized systems for administrative functions.
