Research Program Management Project Manager Intern

As a Project Manager Intern, you will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to driving the success of research projects from early-stage discovery through IND submission. You will play a hands-on role in planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables, timelines, and resources, while helping to foster a culture of transparency, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement.
How You Will Contribute :
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of specific research project milestones and objectives.
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up with stakeholders to drive accountability.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to process improvements that streamline project workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Help celebrate project achievements and foster a positive, inclusive team environment.

This position will be Hybrid (4 days / week in office) out of the Cambridge, MA location.Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.Internship Eligibility :
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later.The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (May 26th - August 14th or June 15th - August 21st).The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames.Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates.Program Highlights :

U.S. Hourly Wage Range : $21.00 - $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate's school year / level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
