Our team is dedicated to supporting first responders by ensuring their apparatus and tools are always in peak condition. We're looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with parts inquiries and orders

Identify correct parts using manuals, software, and schematics

Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and follow up on order status

Maintain accurate inventory and assist in stock control

Coordinate with service department for parts needed in repairs

Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

The Ideal Candidate Would :

Graduate of High School or have a GED

2 years previous experience in parts sales (fire apparatus, heavy equipment, truck, or automotive preferred)

Familiarity with fire apparatus and emergency vehicle components a strong plus

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Comfortable using inventory management and point-of-sale systems

Ability to lift parts and supplies (up to 60 lbs)
