About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Neurologist for a locum tenens position at a mental health facility in Georgia. This assignment offers flexible coverage, requiring approximately 5 Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) per month, starting 10 / 06 / 2025. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting IMEs, which involve reviewing cases and writing comprehensive reports including background, history, opinions, and recommendations. This role does not involve direct patient interactions. The assignment is initially set for 12 days with the potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity for a qualified neurologist to contribute their expertise in a flexible work environment.

Job Responsibilities and Duties :

• Conduct approximately 5 Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) per month

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
• Adhere to all relevant medical and legal guidelines in IME processes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
