Schedule Hours for Clinic / Hospital : Clinic : 8a - 5p Hospital 24 / 7

Schedule Days Clinic / Hospital : 5 days clinic; 24 / 7 days Hospital

Number of patients seen per day in clinic : 8 Call Night / Weekend - Yes

Support staff In clinic : Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Receptionist In hospital : Peds anesthesia, Peds intensivist Age of patients - 0-18 years old

Inpatient / Outpatient - Yes

Board Certified or Board Eligible - BC, BE, not boarded but fellowship trained in the USA Is Fellowship required yes
