Essential Functions
Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.
Detect formatting and compositional errors.
Follow attorney / client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices.
Utilize automated review process if applicable.
Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney / client guidelines as they pertain to NEP.
Research and resolve inquiries and problems.
Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Specific Technical Skills :
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel.
Strong writing and grammatical skills required.
Performance Traits :
Meticulous attention to detail, quality and accuracy in execution of tasks.
Proven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Education / Training / Certifications :
Associate degree, preferred. An equivalent combination of education and / or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job.
Minimum Years of Experience Required :
Minimum (1) year experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
Pay : $18.60 / hour
