Data Analyst - Personal Injury

A company is looking for a Data Analyst - Personal Injury.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards for leadership and operations teams

Perform analyses to drive insights and improve client experience throughout the client journey

Develop predictive models to forecast case volume and staffing requirements for optimal service levels

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field

2+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting role

Strong experience with Sigma Computing or a similar cloud-based BI tool

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and cloud data platforms

Mastery of Microsoft Excel
