Director of Client Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites and serves as the main client contact for strategic integration

Implements performance improvement processes and manages complex client relationships across various services

Provides leadership and mentorship to Health Center Leadership staff while managing site-level supervisors and operational outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others

Experience managing virtual teams and familiarity with healthcare environments preferred

Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired

Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
