What our Aerial Construction Supervisors Enjoy Most About the Role

• Travel , including overnight stays, is a regular part of the job. Hotel accommodation and per diem are provided for overnight stays during the work week.
• Lead high-performing teams : Monitor & report on construction teams and contractors for quality, compliance, and daily production. Foster effective communication and support to create positive employee relationships.
• Drive project success : Provide regular updates on construction progress and take on additional duties to support team development and project excellence. Reconcile invoices with field work, process damage claims, and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Collaborate on innovative designs : Collaborate with engineers and developers to design the plant, sketch equipment installations, complete BOMs, and ensure readiness before construction.

Working Conditions

Aerial Construction Supervisors work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at various heights, including adverse conditions, day or night and often near power lines and electricity. You are exposed to dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, cleaning solutions and may work indoors in poorly ventilated areas. Standing is required 50-70% of the time. Travel, including overnight stays, is a regular part of the job.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

3+ years of OSP construction work experience in Telecom field

Fluent in English.
