IAM Architect

A company is looking for an IAM Architect to lead identity transformation initiatives in higher education.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead IAM advisor, shaping strategy and architecture for identity modernization

Design and guide the implementation of IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, Radiant Logic, and Active Directory

Collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM capabilities with institutional goals and ensure compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an IAM Architect or IAM Lead in complex environments

Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow, Radiant Logic, and Active Directory

Experience with Workday Student or similar student information systems

Coding experience in Java and / or C# for customization purposes

Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and federation
