BAE Systems, one of the world's largest defense contractors and a stable Fortune 500 Company, is hiring a Sr. Security Specialist in Sterling Heights, MI. The Security Specialist will work with subcontractors, functional leads, procurement, and teammates within the Security group to ensure all contract deliverables are met and the installation is secure. This position will report directly to the Security Manager and will support Security, Fire, Emergency Services, Business Continuity, and ATF FEL Management.

This role requires an active Secret Security Clearance.

Location / Schedule / Travel :

• This will be an onsite role where you will work at the Sterling Heights, MI site
• This role will work on a 9 / 80 schedule where you will have every other Friday off

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $81156 - $137964. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
