TRAVEL REQUIRED : 0% - 5%

COMPENSATION : $89,614.00 to $174,051.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America / Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.

Responsible for implementing best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Collaborate with business analysts and IT team members to understand data requirements and the end-to-end data flow.
• Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
• Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources.
• Perform complex data analysis, data quality checks, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Ensure high levels of data availability and quality, maintaining optimal performance of the data integration infrastructure.
• Document data integration procedures, including data lineage and ETL processes.
• Monitor data integration jobs and proactively respond to system alerts and issues, ensuring that data flows are accurate and timely.
• Oversee the provision of data to the data marts, operational systems and users.

High School Diploma / GED is required, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent work related experience) is preferred. Plus two years experience in data integration, data management, or a related field.
