Facility : This regional medical center is a Level 3 trauma facility with 3 pediatric beds and 14 nursery beds. The facility provides comprehensive healthcare services with 24-hour availability of essential support services including anesthesia, catheterization lab, general surgery, laboratory services, orthopedic surgery, and radiology. Opportunity : BLS-PALS This locum tenens opportunity requires board certification or eligibility and focuses on pediatric inpatient care with a preference for PICU and NICU experience. Job Details : Schedule : 15 days per month with flexible scheduling Call Only position with 7a-7a shifts Pediatric patient volume of 4-8 encounters per shift Required skills include pediatric inpatient care, nursery Level I care, attendance at C-sections and high-risk deliveries Technical skills needed : non-invasive ventilation management, acute and chronic ventilation management, intubation for newborns and pediatric patients, and central line placement PICU experience preferred Level II Nursery / NICU experience preferred 30-day credentialing timeframe Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
