Description

Needed for assistance with mail correspondence for CareConnect starting and existing Medi-Cal needs. Provide administrative support to the Member Services Department relating to the day-to-day administrative functions of the Department. The responsibilities of this position generally include but are not limited to : Providing assistance to achieve optimal functioning of the Department’s operations; acts as a point person to assist with departmental functions, including member mail sorting, distribution and tracking of incoming mail and preparing, sending, and tracking outgoing mail; printing, scanning, mail-merge and letter mailing coordination, invoicing, coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings and / other administrative support to ensure and support daily operations; organizing and preparing reports to evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness; coordinating, evaluating and / or administering a broad range of department tasks as assigned by the Cultural & Linguistic Services Manager and by the Associate Director and Director of Member Services.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
