The Opportunity
Were seeking a Field Superintendent to lead job site operations for our high-end hospitality, resort, and multi-family projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety on some of Utahs most high-profile projects. This is a full-time, on site position at our Park City and surrounding areas job sites.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily site activities : safety, logistics, scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site workforce.
- Work with Project Managers through all phases, from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage resource use (materials, equipment, personnel) efficiently.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and progress updates with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with city officials and inspectors to ensure full code compliance.
- Mentor team members and foster a strong, positive job site culture.
