North Royalton Baptist Church (North Royalton, Ohio) is prayerfully seeking God’s next Shepherd, as our current lead pastor moves toward retirement. NRBC was founded nearly years ago and continues to provide salt and light to our growing community. We are eager to meet the man that God is leading to our flock.
Qualifications:
*Meet the biblical qualifications outlined in Titus 1, 1 Timothy 3, and 1 Peter 5.
*A Servant’s heart; ready to lead and lovingly shepherd this flock.
*Strong, visionary leadership with a focus on revitalization and growth.
*Evangelistic .
Responsibilities:
*Provide spiritual leadership for the church through preaching, teaching, prayer, and pastoral care.
* Lead by example; guiding the body in both local and global efforts to reach the lost and make disciples.
*Candidates should have a church planter’s mindset that can build on a well-established foundation.
*A leader with a youthful and energetic spirit for evangelism.
