Job descriptionTailor solution-design sessions and guide discussions with clients (virtual and in-person) Produce documentation such as process flows, data flows, and implementation guides Translate complex client processes into clear requirements for internal teams Document, distribute, and manage sign-off on project scope and requirements Identify, quantify, and resolve requirement-related issues proactively Work with engineering teams to prioritize enhancements and requests Provide insights to help clients fully leverage the platform Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across internal teams Document client feedback and share key updates with leadership Maintain communication with compliance stakeholders and support related documentation Recommend product or workflow improvements based on cost–benefit considerations Support retention and engagement strategies Communicate business needs and help shape data-driven solution design Gather critical details to recommend approaches for solving complex operational challenges Partner with technical and analytical teams on feature planning and enhancements Support testing and rollout of new features to ensure smooth implementation 5+ years in client-facing technical roles Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in Life or Disability insurance environments is strongly preferred Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with full software development lifecycle practices Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities Proven creative problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client presentations Experience producing technical project documentation (requirements, specifications, data mapping, process flows) Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, data-visualization tools, and SQL Understanding of software engineering best practices Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities in a dynamic environment Quick learner with adaptability and a proactive mindset Willingness to travel 10–25% $150-175K base salary Bonus eligible Growth Opportunity Comprehensive Medical Plans Wellness programs Commuter benefits 401K match
The Senior Client Solutions Analyst acts as a bridge between external clients and internal technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions within a rapidly evolving insurance-focused environment. This role works closely with specialists across risk, data science, and engineering to address complex business challenges using advanced analytics and modern assessment techniques.
Primary Responsibilities

- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials
