Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Business & Technical Solutions Leader to join a growing mail-order pharmacy in Sayreville, NJ. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a strategic, entrepreneurial pharmacist who can lead pharmacy operations, technology solutions, and business initiatives to support pany growth.

Position Overview :

The Pharmacy Business & Technical Solutions Leader will bine clinical knowledge with strategic business and technology leadership to optimize mail-order pharmacy operations. This role drives scalable, pliant growth by bridging patient experience, pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in closed-door / mail-order pharmacy settings and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and lead initiatives to grow pharmacy operations across telemedicine and B2B / B2B2C markets
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to design pliant pharmacy solutions and workflows
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize workforce management, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Ensure pliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, Board of Pharmacy standards)
• Provide training, support, and documentation for pharmacy staff on new technologies and workflows
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, including deployment, testing, and ongoing iteration
• Serve as primary business owner for all pharmacy technology systems, including order management, e-prescribing, and integration with telehealth platforms
