Role Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, driving technology pre-sales, and ensuring successful product adoption. You will work closely with both technical and sales teams to align AI solutions with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation : Work with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose relevant AI-driven solutions.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Solution Presentation & Demos : Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations to showcase the value of AI solutions.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Liaise with engineering, product, and marketing teams to refine offerings and meet customer expectations.
  • Sales Strategy & Growth : Contribute to sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and support revenue growth.
  • Technical Support & Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them optimize AI adoption and product utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT, or related fields).

Experience

2-3 years in technology pre-sales, technical account management, or solutions engineering.

Skills :

  • Good understanding of AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Hands-on experience with pre-sales, solution consulting, and client management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
