Job Description : As the Estimator , you will oversee and manage the estimating process for commercial construction projects. Your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, fostering relationships with subcontractors, and leading a team of estimators.

Estimator Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Manage bid processes from pre-construction to submission.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.

Conduct risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
