Please send your resume to marb621@kellyservices.com Job Specifications: Job Type: Full-time Location: Huntsville, AL Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. 1st Shift, $21.00/hr. 3rd Shift Shifts: 1st Shift: 6:30am to 6:30pm Rotating schedule: 3-2-3 and every other weekend Must be able to train on 1st shift Must be available to work either shift at any time

Roles and Responsibilities: Load and unload fixtures with product into furnaces. Ensure that the product is set up correctly and sufficiently clean. Ensure an adequate gas supply and replace gas tanks as needed. Ensure targets and melts are adequate to run the process being loaded. Perform tests on standards to ensure coating thickness and adhesion are within specifications. Perform batch cleanings at proper intervals. Responsible for setting up and separating product.

Qualifications & Skills: Previous manufacturing experience is required. Able to use both hands simultaneously for pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, lifting, stooping, and walking. Able to work for long periods while standing. Good eye/hand coordination.
