  • Implement and maintain effective management, planning, and cost control systems in cooperation with the project team

  • Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project

    • \n

  • Maintain and manage all job site activities

    • \n

  • Lead Senior Project Manager on NYC public works projects for agencies like the MTA, DDC, NYCTA, and more

    • \n \n

  • Construction Project Manager - Public - Queens, NY

  • 10+ years of Experience

    • \n

  • Experience working on Ground Up Public projects for the following agencies :

    • \n \n

    New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority.\n

    \n

  • Experience handling 100% of projects

    • \n

  • Local to New York, NY

    • \n

  • Must have experience building in New York City

    • \n

  • Construction Management or equivalent degree

    • \n

  • up to $225k

    • \n

  • DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA

    • \n \n
