Position Summary : This position will oversee and manage the daily operations and administrative functions, including recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staff in order to meet and exceed the monthly budgeted census.
Location : Ambercare 2129 Osuna Rd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87113
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, Evenings and weekends as needed

Essential Duties :
Provides oversight to ensure the branch is operating in compliance with all company and contractual requirementsAssists in census and revenue growth by executing effective service delivery of care plansHelps recruitment, orientation, training and retention of branch and office support staffProvides direction and guidance to branch and administrative employees to ensure workers compensation, and unemployment claims are reported and handled appropriatelyFacilitates team meetings as neededEvaluates skills of the administrative staff annually and conduct additional training and counseling as neededMaintains relationships with all referral sources and conduct community outreach and / or attend employee recruitment eventsDevelops and executes processes to ensure clients are receiving services as authorizedPrepares and presents weekly / monthly progress reports to Agency Director and Regional DirectorTroubleshoots and resolve customers’ concerns and grievancesProcesses payroll and billing as neededMaintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive informationMaintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the departmentFollows all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirementsAbides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standardsPerforms other duties as assignedPosition Requirements & Competencies :
Bachelor's Degree preferred3 -5 years’ experience in health care; some experience in home care, home health, or private duty is preferred2+ years of supervisory / management experienceDemonstrated ability to drive census / revenue growth and develop businessExperience conducting training sessions, and / or meetings with administrative and direct service staff in group settings or individuallyComputer proficiency – MS Office and HRISOrganizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environmentMust have valid driver license, auto insurance, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to travel to the branch’s service areaTo apply via text, text 9579 to 505-806-1865
