Job Summary

Leads a team of DevOps engineers in designing and implementing tools, processes, and environments to support software delivery. This role emphasizes mentoring, resource management, and ensuring successful automation, containerization, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

Applicants must hold U.S. citizenship.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful implementation of DevOps strategies and best practices.
• Drive the design and implementation of infrastructure automation and deployment solutions, aligning with organizational goals and maintaining operational excellence.
• Facilitate collaboration between development, QA, and IT teams to enhance cross-functional workflows and ensure consistent deployment practices.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the DevOps team.
• Oversee the implementation of scalable and resilient environments, ensuring infrastructure is optimized for performance and reliability.
• Champion continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) improvements, driving automation initiatives and optimizing pipelines for efficiency.
• Ensure effective monitoring and proactive maintenance of infrastructure, focusing on system availability, performance, and security.
• Contribute to the development of infrastructure best practices, ensuring compliance and consistency across all environments.
• Work in an agile environment, adapting team strategies and processes to meet changing business needs and technical requirements.
