Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support our manufacturing client in Vancouver, WA. You'll perform functional testing on electronic assemblies, operate and program flying probe machines, and troubleshoot PCBAs using standard electronic test equipment. Responsibilities include interpreting schematics, maintaining test fixtures, documenting results, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Type : 6 month contract-to-hire
Shift : Day Shift (5 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM, Mon - Thurs)
Location : On-site, Vancouver, WA

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes : 1–2 years of experience testing electronic assemblies, or an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience General knowledge of electronic components and their functions, with the ability to interpret electronic schematics Familiarity with standard electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and related tools IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications preferred
