Learn to set up roll forming and press machines to produce metal shapes for various customers in this pay-for-skills position.

Summary : Under direct supervision, will perform tasks including but not limited to assisting in setting up tools, dies, and equipment for production of material as specified by work orders, blueprints and diagrams. Load and unload parts on roll machines. Makes minor adjustments and performs coil and line changeovers. See attached description for details.

Earning potential : Trainee range is $23 / hr. with opportunity for pay-for-skill promotions and time-based pay adjustments . Apprentice at $23; Qualified $24r; Certified $25.75 and Master $30.00 / hr.

Hours / Shifts :

2nd shift : 3 : 00PM - 1 : 30AM Monday to Thursday, $1 / hour shift premium

• Employees hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for 6 months - 1 year.
