Sales Manager / Desk Manager – Import Dealership – Naples, FL

A well-established import dealership in the Naples, FL market is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Desk Manager to join its team. This is a high-volume store with a strong reputation and consistent sales performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to desk deals efficiently and structure them to maximize both front-end and F&I performance. The dealership has a strong back-end gross history, so candidates must understand how to set deals up for F&I success while maintaining front-end profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Desking deals and supporting a busy sales floor
  • Structuring deals with a focus on optimizing F&I performance
  • Driving both volume and gross profit objectives
  • Coaching and developing sales consultants
  • Managing daily sales activity and workflow to ensure strong performance
  • Closing deals
  • Following up with prospective customers to "save a deal"

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager or Desk Manager in a high-volume dealership
  • Strong desking and deal-structuring capabilities
  • Solid understanding of front and back-end gross
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a sales team
  • Strong communication and process management abilities

  • Competitive compensation package and pay plan based on both front-end and back-end grosses with anticipated earnings in the $150,000 - $250,000 range based on performance.
